Carter Ryan was born Sept 8, 2006 in Vancouver, BC to Dorlyn and Carol Evancic.  He has an older sister, Vanessa Rae, who as a young actress inspired Carter to start his acting career. He started commercial auditions at 8 months old and booked his first commercial shortly after.  It wasn't until he was the age of 7 when he decided to start his acting career and within a year he booked his first role as a Lead in a Feature Film, Her Infidelity (2015).  Carter Ryan is known for his long standing role as "Cody"on the popular show, When Calls the Heart (Carter Ryan Evancic) where he walked onto the streets of Hope Valley at the beginning of Season 3 and fans enjoyed watching his character grow for 4 seasons.  Carter loves being on set, training for new roles and meeting people.
